OMC Raker to Mercury small shaft?

I have an OMC Raker off an 87 225 Evinrude. Will it fit a 150 Merc?

i think so if you machine like an inch out of the hub? or maybe that is for merc to omc. you could have it rehubbed to merc. John Mazco would know.
