On all 3 blades of my 15x32L (mercury cleaver) is a marking as seen in the picture. Does anyone know what this means? Is it from a company that labs props or is it something to do with racing? Also the letters BZMMS was stamped into the hub.

The propeller was a stock out of the box propeller. Just so happens it was built by my BBLADES partner, Bob Lucht, in 1999 while we were still both at Mercury Racing.

The scribe marks were actually reference markings used to make measurements. Those propellers with those markings didn't often make it out the door of Mercury Racing.
