looks like u need to go down in pitch to get thr rpms up, or check where the rev limiter is set. i had 509s spinning 5200 and thought thats all the power it had ,built blown 557s and when we first took it for a lake test 5200 was all it pulled got to checking and the limiter was set at 5200, set it at 5700 and it turned all the way to the rev limiter ,if i would had checked that first i would had saved several thousand dollars
