26P Hydromotive question
I am looking at buying a used Hydromotive 26p prop. The guy selling it says it was a 27p that was "cupped down to a 26p. What does this mean???

It means some cup was removed to increase the rpm.
There is a rt to doing that. Hopefully the correct amount in the correct location was removed.
