hub problem
 

I have bought a new pair maximus props last year and put on 15 hours on them but discovered after my second trip this year that there's a lot of room on the hub insert ,would mounting thicker plastic plates solve the problem or is there an other problem ?

Your tolerances are on the high sides the oposite way. Wrap a 1" piece of msking tape around the insert and the strips twice and reinsert the insert. You'll be fine.

Went out today and hit 72 mph whit my 34 bravo,s @ 3750 rpm ,whit the 32 maximus I got from you I got no further then 3600 rpm looks like I need the 30 we talked about in the first place .

what do you think ?
