Question Technical Question?

Take any stock Bravo I four blade rh smaller than 34. So talkin 22 up to 32...

1. What would a slightly longer hub (behind the blades) do to the same boat everything else being equal?

2. What if you cut that hub down to the same length as the bravo but you have no way to put the outward taper back in the end of the prop hub?

Depending on the design of the tube and the "X" dimention, it will create additional stern lift and drag.

We have moved more to straight tube of greater lengths than using the tapers. Slightly less drag and possible less stern lift with same vent prevention results.
