On my donzi 16 with a 250 I ran a few michigan props , I had a custom made spinelli and a few rehubbed merc chopper and cleaver props.
my setup didn't need bowlift the small boat with 310 hp actually ran better and more stable with a tad more wetted surface.
the volvo ultras were the best I had tried UNTIL I used the solas titan.
I was running a 25 pitch chopper and a 24 pitch ultra to about 5300 rpm on a holman moody 351 W at wot the boat was a hand full the ultra and the chopper ventilated in rougher water too
I used a 21 pitch solas which DROPPED my rpm to about 4900 the prop was hooked to the water no handling issues at all had a nice ride attitude and brought my top speed up to 62 mph from about on second at 60 with the other props just couldn't stay there.
when you run the numbers on the solas add 2 inches of pitch due to size and how effecient they are. with 310 hp I could not spin the 23 solas. my slip numbers were around 5-7 % from 10-15% with the other props.
everyone that has tried one on a donzi classic likes the way it performs it might not be the fastest but it is their favorite.
the cleaver i have I couldn't get trimmed out enough to do any good.

volvo props especially the ultra are notorious for weak hubs, they needed to be modified to a stronger mighigan hub.
not familar with the shape of the hull on the sunrunner. with the rounded keel and short running surface of the 16 handling was my main issue.
but 400 hp thru a 1.6 drive would turn a 23 solas. is it a solid nose cone with a water pickup elsewhere or is it the nosecone that has the water inlets still there???
my numbers with the solas
1.6 drive 4900 rpm 62.8 mph 23 pitch (21 solas)= 5.8% slip
with your setup turning a 23 solas to 4900 rpm with a 1.6 drive and 7% slip you would be around 67 mph
the 21 solas would keep you in the same rpm range or a little less. they are hard to turn .
