These props were only made for a short time. The propeller was designed to for stern drive applications.
It is a pretty propeller but the reality is it is as much of a marketing ploy as it is effective. The story is that the combination cleaver/round ear blades will provide stern and bow lift. We have played with this theory in the past and have found it to be slightly lack luster.
Determine what the boat needs and adjust a 3-6 blade round ear or cleaver to achieve the desired goals and you there. That being said, this propeller could work fine on a boat with a high "X" dimension or a boat needing stern lift. Compare it to other 6blade Bravo drive props such as the Hering.
One thing I never liked about it's marketing were the blanket statements used like, "we see 3 mph increases".
There are too many variable to state that.
If you have the opportunity, bolt them on. Nothing to lose and knowledge to gain.
