5150 is the rev limiter so your tach must be off a touch.
At 4800 with the 22 B1, there is still room to Lab it for a 200 rpm gain. We tend to see 250ish with most of the Baja Labs we do because of the recipe used.
Something seems a bit odd with the extra high efficiency you are achieving. What gear ratio do you have?

I was thinking Mag HO.
You would need to go up 2" in pitch in that case.
