Yes I would think that washer should be inside that prop so the prop is now we go at all and take out the gear housing on the drive TRS housings not cheap

Can I cut the extra legth off the inserts I have? so they sit into the bravo props? and still be able to use them in the Mirage later?

It would have to be the front end cause of the thickness of the taper. (the fat end). Just call us and we can sell you a used insert cheap. Why mess with ctting?

Because I have 4-5 of them here... And my buddy has a lathe in garage... He machines all my stuff...trying to not buy if I don't have to...

I figure if I can still use them on mirage then I don't need to keep another set on the boat for prop swapping

Ok, You'll need to watch out for the nylon clip and delrin sleeve too.

What do you get for the right inserts? Looks to me the end that I can cut is just solid brass take off a little and done...

Inserts are SS not brass. I'm actually at home right now trying to catch up on emails and OSO etc. If I'm at the shop none of this will get done.
I'm heading there shortly and will post a price on a used insert.

Can't find insert locally so I guess I will have to order so e next week thanks Brett a local prop guy was segueing with me that they are all the same until I showed him the props... Then he was like oh? Guess I never saw that before!!! I said I TOLD YOU!!!
