testing prop fails little help please and thank you

i have a 270 laser twin 350 mags
25 p hull ss props turning 4200 rpms im getting 61 left and right hand props
22 p quicksilver i believe 5k+ rpms and i lost 5 mph but got on plane super quick
full tank of fuel and 2 people
low fuel and 1 person i might hit 4400 rpms at 64
but no prop cavataion by either sets.
obviosly i need to be somwhere in between there but i dont have the money to just keep buying props
i wanna be able to turn 4800 rpm and gain a couple mph but maybe i cant with this hp

Usually a reputable prop dealer will let you test as many sets as you need to. You only buy 1 set. As long as they are not damaged, you just keep trying different ones until it gets dialed in. If you damage one, you bought it. Check around your area.
