Are you running this on a #5? Or a #3 big shaft? They are a little smaller than a #6 and would need a bushing.

I am in the middle of converting my boat to arneson asd7 drives , so I am thinking about taking the props over to the machine shop and see about boring the end to accept the bushing and C clip .

Ok now I see. think I may have a bushing to measure and a retainer to measure ill try to post size.

Thank you I just want to see how much material will have to be removed and if it will weaken the props too much .

bushing is 2.050 diameter. 1.280 long and the plastic clip is .060 thick needs to be cut about .075+ deep

Thanks for answering, my props are all 105 miles from me.

How thick are the sides of the props were the bushing slides into ? I am trying determine if I am better off boring the prop or turning down the bushing .

You can bore the propeller. We used to do that often when I was at Merc Racing. They do not offer that service anymore. We do not offer that service at BBLADES either. We do keep the delrin bushings and clips in stock if you need them. The bushing id's are 1.75" and 1.8"
