I have read just about evey thread i could find here but still dont have a definitive prop type that works best on these hulls. its a new to me boat with 2 outings under my belt. I have run it full throttle a little bit but it hasn't seemed to hit the sweet spot where the hull seems to free up. I ran a 4' level from the bottom of the hull under the drives to find the neutral trim area. It works out to be around 4 on the trim indicator. While running, drives tucked all the way in and no tab input it easily rolls on plane with the throttles between 2500-3000 in short distance. After it planes cruise seems to be around 3000 rpms with gps around 40 mph and trim at 4 on the indicator. Running higher into the upper rpm's it still seems powerful into the mid 50's but above that feels stuck in the water. I have made a couple short bursts into the mid 60's at 4900 rpm. At that point the slip seems to overcome acceleration where the rpms rise but speed does not. I havent yet tried going out past 5-5 1/2 on the trim so i havent found the spot where the props lose traction. Opinions or suggestions are welcomed.
Specs
1994 formula 336
Hp465's
1.36:1 bravos
21p non plus mirage 3 blade props
Id ideally like more top end and more mid range at the cost of some planing time.

Custom Labbing your Mirage props or building some 4 blades with added rake to carry the bow is going to be the best set.
Non + Mirages are not going to carry the boat the best. They will obviously work but modifications will help a ton.
