Default Hydro Q-IV vs Bravo 1

What are the major differences in performance between the Q-IV and the Bravo 1 prop? If i was to make a swap from bravos to the Q-IV would there be any performance/handling differences? Assuming same pitch on both props. For reference this is on a straight bottom gun.

My experience on a flat bottom single-engine Formula was that the Hydromotive lifted the stern more and made it pretty squirrely.

I run Hydromotive Q-IV 28 Pitch props on my smooth bottom and it likes them ,they are a good stern lifter, I don't need to trim as much with them as I do with Bravos to get the same ride, my Fountain doesn't get loose or,,squirrely,, I have tried Bravos too, they are more of a bow lifter, the Q-IV gives me a couple more mph on top end.

I like to run the QIV's on my 253 pad bottom checkmate. Mine have the diffuser rings removed which greatly settles the stern. They run fairly level but stable and fast. I hate the handling and porpoising of the Bravo I on my hull. Yet to try anybody's labbed one I cared for.

I tried a QIV on my straight bottom, noticed instantly that the ass was up and running more flat but given the RPM's I was running the MPH were slower than same RPM and Bravo 1 props.I'm sticking with "bow lifter" type props based on that test run.
