My spinellie came with the boat. I really like it. Although the the second owner didn't know the pitch of the prop. The prop is not marked. What is the easiest way to determine the pitch of it

Thanks jj

your welcome, i have tried a bravo 4 blade to compare and the Spinelli gave me more mph across the rpm range and my boat seems to like the 14 1/4 diameter , When i got my boat from my brother in law he had them make the prop for the boat like 12-14 years ago.

Call them and give the # off the prop. They should be able to tell you. I ran a Spinelli Star for a few years on a 750hp bravo application before the bravo 4 blade was produced. Prop performed very good. And was the only prop that would hold together and not throw tip end pieces of the prop off after several hrs of hard use. That was also before xr drives. I trashed several bravo drives, but the Spinelli prop held together and boat performed good. Boat was a 1987 Sport 240 baja. Sold prop to someone on here.

I spoke with dough the owner today and I am going to send him my prop so he can log the prop for me as well as tell me what it is. So if I ding a prop I can call him up and have one in a week with out any hassle of having to fin tune it, my prop has been labed and cupped and tweaked from the original owner to get the right Rpms and performance out of the boat. He also told me what they do different there from other company to make there props much stronger and for them to last longer. It would be to much for me to try to remember and explain what he said, but we had a lengthy conversation on it , and my boat is a 97 and it has held together, I have a 24 ft outlaw sst with a 502 and a m1 procharger that turns at least 650 hp and plus , I didn't build the original engine and I didn't have it dinoed , but. My boat does a clean 80 mph with out trimming it up on a gps. At about 5200 Rpms, so I am very happy with the numbers, and it does everything I want for a family boat, with that prop I can tube at 18 mph with my trim tabs down for the kids . So I am content and happy like I said, and when I have the need for speed it is their also. My bravo 1 drive is holding up good too, I don't drag race with it, but when the mood strikes me I I like to blow by boats once in a while
