Can the 1" solid hub be removed? Have went to a 1.25" shaft and would like to try this prop if I can change it out.

I called Hydro about this last year, and I was told they no longer do that. All of their stuff now uses the merc hub system and they don't have any of the old weld in 1.25 hubs. At this point, it is what it is!

We do it all the time. We can supply the insert as well.
