Default ET ligthning 4 blade prop VS Pro max 4 blade prop....?

Hello,

I am thierry , i live in Holland , en i have a phantom 20 foot with a pad...mercury 250 efi with lift en trimtaps mercury 280.

i use a ET lightning 4 blade prop..... but i wanne buy a Mercury pro max 4 blade.....but the strains thing is that til now nobody can give me the difference between the 2 ...... whe i use a et lightning 28 Pitch 4 blade can i nthen buy a mercury pro max 28 pitch 4 blade...? ore is it turns difference RPM...?

Even mercury Belgium that i have phoned cannot tell me that...realy verry strange...?

Please help me in my choice of the good fast prop for my.!!!!!

They can't tell you because they don't have the knowledge. This isn't a insult, just reality.
A BBLADES Blaster will most often out perform the other props on your hull. This is because the rake angle is better and it is still a over hub exhaust prop.

The Pro ET is discontinued.
The ProMax is a over/through exhaust propeller better suited for bass boats.

Thierry,
It is impossble to answer that question without testing all the propellers in question on the same day with the same load.
My opinion is the 3 blade Lightning ET with a light load and I guy who can balance the boat perfectly on the pad and string it out will ultimately produce the best big number.
But, In every other situation, the Blaster is the best choice.
