Lessening a porpoise

Twin engine 28' v bottom with speed master III's, which way to spin the props? Which way would lesson the porpoising? What can be done to the props to lesson it?

My 28 Pantera the props are spinning in for now, forgot they are Trs drives with 2" spacers, the new drives no spacers and I'll try spinning them out.Not much propoising with current setup.

3 blade props? What diameter?

Craney, I was wondering about spacers helping me some?

Jd, 3 blades 16.5x26

I need some bigger props, I went up almost 300hp a side.

I have also moved everything that I could be too the rear bulkhead as everything was originally mounted on the transom. I am hoping the more weight farther forward will help some too. Also have aluminum headed motors now so that is saving some transom weight too.

What's the propshaft height? I'd switch to a 4 blade or larger diameter 3

Prop shafts right around 4" below the hull.

I changed the spelling of the thread title, because it read like you were trying to Teach a Dolphin how to do tricks. :D

It feels like it.

200lbs of lead as far forward and low as you can should help a lot. or a 15 to 25 gallon ballast tank

Adding a little cup to the prop will help keep the prop connected to the water.
