Default Prop Stamp indentification

Have a prop that came with my boat that is not performing very well and was wondering if anyone can Identify the stamping. Wondering if it has been labbed and if so what has been done to it.
Prop is a 24P Bravo 1 with 339U stamped on the outer hub.

This was not done by BBLADES or Mercury Racing.
If you desire, we can look at the prop and make some measurements and tell you exactly what you have.
