Default Prop stamping identification

Recently purchased a boat that came with LH & RH 24P Bravo 1 props. Both props have the same hand stamped numbers, B98876, near the part numbers. Just wondering what the stampings mean. Repaired, reworked, labbed, evidence #'s?

Thanks,
Adam
