Default Hub assembly on a hydromotive intimidator 4

Good morning all, I recently put a 2" shorty on my boat and went to a 1.25 shaft. I'm hoping I can swap out my hub assembly on my hydro to go to this bigger shaft. By the looks of it it can be pressed out but I'm unsure and looking for advice on it.

thanks

Some are welded and we drill them out and weld in the HD insert.
Some are pressed in rubber and we remove it and weld in the HD insert.
$157.50 for the process plus the hub kit. You can supply the hub kit if you desire.
