Default Advise on props for 35ZR with 525's

Currently I am running Mercury 32 pitch 4 blades and have about 17% slip, 94mph at 5400 rpm. Getting good top end speed however they blowout and tough to get on plane. I'm looking at going to a 5 blade to maybe gain a little cruise speed, and get on plane easier, but not quite sure what size I should try. Called BBlades and they have a 2 week waiting list to talk to a tech to see what props I need. Just looking for some advise on size from what other people have done from going from 4 blade to 5 blade props.

I would say 30 or 28 Maximus. Standard lowers on your drives? Your current numbers are really good honestly, thats moving for a 525 non staggered boat. Drop the tabs, tuck the drives, modulate rpms at 3,000, let the boat walk up, pull up tabs, then neutral drives and run it like you stole it.

Yes, just the standard lowers. I'm currently happy with the number I see with the 4 blades, and will use these props when its just me and the ol lady in the boat for poker runs. Just looking for something that's a little better for when there is 5 people in the boat and still not loose a ton of performance.

If your 32's are stock, then I'd say 29 Maximus and lab as needed after testing.
Another thing to consider might be adding a 1/2 or 1 inch drive spacer.
