I have a 99 Baja 232 with stock 502 Mag MPI - 415HP
25p Mirage Plus has been the best prop for me. Stock it turned 68-70 mph at 4800rpm.
After labbing - 72-74 mph at 5000-5050rpm. 74mph needs to be perfect conditions.
Above 68mph the hull chines badly - need tabs to settle it and push past 70, but still needs alot of correction to track straight.
Labbed Rev 4 25P was worse at chine, with no gain in speed.
So depending on the 454 build, I would suggest that a Mirage 23P would be ideal, maybe a 25P if you have the power to push it.
Avoid 4 blades, too much stern lift for that hull.
I'm no prop expert, just notes from my experience with the same hull.
