Default Prop recommendation for new gear ratio

Recently had Bravo upper gears rebuilt and my mechanic had a Bravo 2 set of gears he got from another customer with low hrs so I figured sure, save some money and get heavier duty gears. The ratio is obviously different because before rebuild my boat would do around 32 mph at 3000 rpm, now I'm doing 32 mph at 3400rpm. The boat is a 1990 Chaparral 2550 SX with a 496. 21 pitch 4 blade SS prop. Should I go to a 23 or 25 pitch prop now to get the rpms back down?
