Default 1995 Formula 252BR B3 Prop Choice with 454 MAG EFI

I finally got the motor running right on my 95 Formula 252 Bow Rider. Motor is not original. Swapped at some point with fuel injected 7.4L MAG EFI with 385hp. Drive is a Bravo III with 22P props. Not sure but think its 1.5 ratio. Now that the motor is running right ( I think) I bounced off the rev limiter at 5000rpm doing 54mph with 1 person and 1/3 tank of gas (premium). Motor has 250hrs and boat has 530hrs. Boat has chunky bottom paint. Sticker on motor shows 4600-5000rpm operating range. Previously didn't matter as motor wasn't running right. I need 2 sets of props. One for high altitude (Tahoe at 6200ft) with good hole shot for towing and one at sea level for cruising. I researched this boat with this combo should be 56-59mph stock with 26P props. Can someone confirm. Thinking of going bigger for sea level and smaller for altitude.

Thoughts?

Rev limiter is at 5150 rpms and you will know if you hit it. It will feel similar to an engine that is misfiring.
