What props will yield better results
I'm running a pair of 26 B1 props. Used to run 5100 RPM at WOT, but with rebuilt motors and some added power thanks to Dean Gellner, I'm spinning around 5600 RPM and snagged a few more MHP's. I think that's my sweet spot for max HP vs. RPM. Thinking of trying some 5 blades as I was told they would give me a better bow lift. Question is.. what 5 blades would keep me around 5500 RPM, give me more bow lift, and better top end?

40 Outlaw? Twins or trips? Most 40's I know of are trips.
I know from experience on a 33 Outlaw with boxes that the boat hated Maximus 5 blades. Wouldn't even plan out. P5-X's were no better anywhere and the boat road wetter than with the Bravo's. Having BBlades do their "Baja cup" to the B1's ended up carrying the nose the best and were the best all around solution. This was with a set of Brad Smith worked 500 EFI's punched out to 520's if memory serves.

A set of B1 28p would probably drop you to 5100-5200...........I ran these on a 33 OL and they worked well, more blades = broken drives

24p 5 blade is equal to 26p 4 blade. I've saw a few sets of Maximus 24p 5 blades for sale lately.
