Found that missing valve seat in all 8 cylinders.

no way man. something above is pouring metal parts into your engine. maybe a charger coming apart?

No charger is still perfect luckily, The seat came out of the head on cyl, #4 ex. valve. replaced that head, set of pistons, rings & a couple valves.

Got it back off the dyno last night, Engine is going back in today! should be on the water by 3:00 today.

i dont see how an exhaust valve seat could end up in all the cylinders, but i hope everything worked out today..

Parts of the seat probably hung the intake valve open and when the piston came back up it blew the pieces of the seat back up the intake and then sucked down the rest of the cylinders. My buddy dropped a valve in his Mustang and he knew something was bad when he pulled the carb and the intake was riddled with metal shavings/chunks.
