well folks, this project has come to a final end. I just have to clean up a few things and button up a couple things. Shes finally in the water and performed well. Its slow but at least shes in the water. I'm not sure why this boat is such a dog. Oh well, time to build a motor for it down the road!

They need serious HP to get out of their own way. Mine was mid 50's at best with the 330 and a 22 bravo 4blade. Boat looks great and congrats on getting on the water.

Ah, great job! I too have a 1089 Eagle By Seabold 454 Big Block 26ft boat, which I am planning to restore. I found this, and I was amazed. I love the dash and seats. May I ask where or who did those seats?

I also HAVE to have those gauges and dash accessories... I don't mean to be a copycat, but they just look so nice... I have the original swim platform on my boat, which is all rotted out and ready to fall off. I took the time to find a site for an aluminum platform, which will seriously improve the look. I also have to replace the wind shield, as it has quite a few scratches, and a crack. If you could give me some advice, and some info on those gauges, that would help me SO much. Thanks!
