Yep! I started the cabin! I thought my cabin floor was solid because it felt strong when walking on it.... WRONG! I pulled up the carpet and somebody previously pulled the carpet and then just set a piece of wood down on the rotted wood then put the original carpet back. So I had to cut out the rotted wood and fix it correctly.

And then I got rid of the useless sink in the cabin. Storage is tight in a 24/7 and I always had a problem finding a place for the anchor. So I made a custom anchor holder where the sink was, still need to find a good way to strap/lock it down to my new holder. And I made a panel to cover where the sink was and I used a piece from the original side panels in the cockpit.

Thank you!!I hear you man!! This stuff is not really time consuming, the re-rigging and putting it all back together is going to be crazy! I hope to be in the water May or June.

lol! For real who needs a sink on the water lol!! Bring some hand sanitizer if you really need it!

I love everyone's restorations threads also! It does keep me moving when I see yours and all the other threads! Good luck with the move! I do as much as I can in the garage then head to the driveway when it is nice outside! I wish I had a garage big enough to fit the boat in! Not sure how long I will be stationed here so don't want to buy another place yet (the wife and I have two rentals in MI).

I don't do any sewing. Side panels and carpet are easy. My first post has the link to my photobucket from work done a few years ago. I did all the wood and purchased the vinyl but I had a local company sew the covers and then I put them on. I have been using the same vinyl this year and need to find a local company here to sew the sunpad in the next few months.

Got some more work done I took this week off of work since weather was nice!

The new to me transom assembly had the wires for the trim senders cut since he didn't need them, my boat needs them and I was able to just pull the hinge pins and get access to the bolt and replace them with some "pull string".

Then I got everything put back on the transom and the new transducer in.
