Awesome rebuild! And you lucked out on the paint job, that one doesn't seem NEAR as dated as most of the early 90s Fountain graphics.
As far as the trailer goes, I would definitely look into moving those axles back. I just did a full brake rebuild on my 32 over the last 2 days, and had to put it up on jack stands. Mine has the wheels significantly further back than yours, and we still had some issues with it being light on the front. i'm sure yours will be worse than mine, since you have more hull back there than I do (mine is a late 90s stepped hull). Also, looking at the pics, it looks like you only have 2 bunks on that trailer, and all that weight is sitting on the inboard strakes, and the boat is sitting way high on the trailer. Mine sits quite a bit lower on the trailer, and it has 4 bunks under the rear half of the boat. One set of bunks where yours are, and another set just inside the trailer fenders, supporting the outboard sides. To be honest, it looks like a trailer for a 27-29-ish ft boat that doesn't have near the deadrise as yours. I have the factory Fountain trailer, and I'll be glad to send you pics if you need it, just PM me. It will be Monday before I can send, I drug my boat up to Lubbock TX to get my brother to help do the brake job.
All that being said, it looks like you're going to have a killer boat when she's done...

That's funny as heck! Haha...Every time I turn my iPad it just rotates back to the same position!
