Old button cover snap holes

Have a bunch of small holes from seems like 2 different long gone cockpit covers... Any simple ideas on what to do with about 20 holes in gel coat???

I used button head stainless screws to fill the holes from removed bimini cover hardware.

Glassdave had a slick way and tool for fixing these.
