Default Trim tab actuator

As I pull my little boat (circa 1969) out of storage I noticed hydraulic fluid on one of my 4 trim tab actuators is leaking a bit. If the sizing is correct can I replace this and mix and match brands (do they have varying strengths/movement speeds?) and use something like this? Can these be rebuilt, if so, any idea where I can possibly find parts? (I presume there is a piston in the actuator with a rubber gasket that keeps the hydraulic fluid from leaking out and that is probably all I need to replace - or is there another common point of failure?).

Thanks in advance!
