decided to make all new seats . . . Al said the oLd ones chaffed and i needed new office furnature . . .

i pulled a mold off a plug i made

Are you welding the drives to those plates???.... What happened to the holes while they were on the CNC?

Those are just the inner transom plates. I had them CnC cut to the same profile as the boxes Al has but i wanted to do the bolt holes because they were not standard SSM. There was no real eeasy way to accurately map them out for cutting but to do the manually is a breeze. Did you see the transom jig i have for the #5's now

? Set and cut both at once, super accurate and parallel. Waggs did them in Mentor, used them on FatBoy for the first time works great.
