well "ole rickity" didn't bust a sweat, but i was a mess the chainfall had about an inch left
and the engine cleared by an rch
had great people on hand and the engine got shoe horned in
looks like the front side to side brace on the engine hatch will have to be notched out for the +6 exhaust.
^^ "ole rickety" got beefed up and raised 10 inches
^^ the easy bake oven shop crane rolled it out @ full extension 1/4 ton
12 inches from crank pulley to floor
21 1/2 inches from the stringers to the sides of the boat
tons of clearance for cool full, sea pump and scheduled maintenance

the nylon straps you see in some of the pics are from this thing called a ridgeline
picked it from amazon and have been using for a couple months with zero
complaints or issues. i added those vent caps and got a longer pole.
not affiliated in any way, just a good product that works as advertised

just got back into town, the pics are all prior to leaving
except the header install, that was today.
more screwed up expensive stuff what a cluster !
steering wheel and adapter donated by class 6. thanks buddy !
footrests had to be cut down flush to what is in the pics or they are to tall
all i did was roll on epoxy, they get screwed down and seadek goes on top
before, after 20 couple years
this is one pass w/ the buffer and vibracut. it's all product i have no idea how to do it right
kinda see the difference before the port side was done
again, one pass w/ the vibracut.
headers on today
hard to see but they are not the same distance away from the crank and they don't point straight to the transom either
starboard angle
port angle almost 3 1/2 degrees difference. the difference over 30 inches the tails have to run has to be significant, guess the pipes will look like pretzels. but for 4 grand what what do you expect.

hin is 95, it is on a list for the 95 season as well. (attached oso link)
it was built up north and was rigged w/ a blower motor and #5 on an extension box.
unfortunately the only video is point pleasant on vhs,
must have pretty tough mounting camcorders on the boats back then

^^^ thanks pay up, appreciate the thumbs up.
coming along slow and steady, think it's down to sea strainer, steering hose and wiring, which 95 percent of is original and goes back into original location
made a template
got the tank
w/ a mechanical gauge and 2 pickups 1/2 inch
glue on the rubber strips, ya know ! in the living room where else ?
final prep of the space
all lined up to drill the mounting holes
the spacers are 5200'd onto the stringers, in a few days the bolts get pulled and the nut and bolt ends get 4000 to seal it off. on the nut side are those 1/4 inch aluminum backing washers made with a hole saw, they are on every thru bolt thru out the boat.

footrests and seadek
drive lube plumbed in and the first cushion clamp was screwed on 2 times, so the hole was just right for 5200 to go in it (about 100 more to go)
mock up seastrainer fits w/ a couple inches all around, guess it better get ordered up
