I like it and it's soft under foot, the sand sized rubber is white. Would lay better if sprayed with hopper gun or undercoating gun, but that would take some serious masking. I used their roller and dabbed with a chip brush, stomping with a chip brush in the inside corner blended nice.
that said, now i realize it would be nicer if the rear portion of the gunnel was gel (inbetween the blue tape) also, the carribean blue would've really popped. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...5702023474.jpg https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...7334c20fd8.jpg https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...9b5419967b.jpg |

I can report that tuff coat is some pretty good stuff. 1. I was inside the boat yesterday doing some assembly and it feels buttery smooth. 2. My shorts were not properly prepped or primed to promote adhesion, non the less it remains flexible, soft to the touch and won't scrape off even after a handful of wash cycles. if you notice the rubber granuals are white so when it wears over time the floor won't darken. |

Dowels, fresh 4200 orings on the brackets, it set down almost as nice as cylinder heads on locating pins the first time with no smearing. |
Thank you in advance for chiming in and helping, I have a thread in electrical but figure more views over here.
There is a rats nest of wiring, i need help with ignition start -run & charge correctly. i literally need it from battery to a, from a to b, from b to c etc etc the ignition was converted from points to electric. some pictures where im holding wires correspond to the drawing where i wrote "off to ?" Since i dont know if they're going to somewhere or coming in from somewhere https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...509ac645b1.jpg https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...cc66e92e07.jpg https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...dcde3ea041.jpg https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...90832e5ae0.jpg https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...6fe423db34.jpg Red from alternator spliced, red goes off to? New controls needed a bigger hole, which is way better than smaller. The control loaded from behind with the cables attatched ! https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...28bcfa2b98.jpg Switches should've been here this week, theres plenty of room to wire it up. https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.off...b2e7f8f7e2.jpg There is less than 1/2 a 5 gal bucket of parts left, theres next to nothing on these boats, ski boat just moved up a notch in my book |

Luckily the new bezel will cover the majority of the mess i made of it. Huge fun with these braided wire grinder attachments crawling all over and under the trailer for a day prepping it for ospho and 1 qrt of paint that weighs 6 pounds it has so much zinc in it. |
Looking good.
I'll bring my slalom back to FL with me next month. |
