Cool, I'll check it out this year!
I'll have to find out if it's the same place but a couple guys from my marina, in a 51OL and a 42OL, went there last summer. We all travelled together until I got to Jones Beach and they kept going to Fire Island. They said the place was right on the bay and pretty fun. Their only complaint was no bulkhead in front of the docks so it was a little rough tieing up. Does that sound like the same place????

I do not think Tequilla Jacks has a bulkhead...

Lets set up a Fire Island Rendevouz and either raft up and party on the boats or go to one of the bars. Either one But I like the boat idea.. This way you can swimm around and float with your drinks.......
