I everone , i need to know if my trim tab measurement (inch travel ) are good or not.

There is a pic of my both trim tab at the higher position , like you can see i can't put in all the tab , i've still have 3 inch of travel between the tab and the cylinder.

Is it normal ?

that seems odd to me, should be closer to fully retracted - jeff

On mine, the metal finished part that has no paint on it goes al the way in! This part is clear of paint so the seals function with out damage!My boat is a differant model but tabs look similar and do go up more!

Mine look like they go down farther.Yours look like the mounted higher on the transom??

umh? I heard you were missing 3 inches! but I was told it was not on the tabs!
