Yep that’s a pretty big step for sure, but it was definitely worth it. The old Scarab acts like a new boat and really came to life.
I run 80 at the moment, but I think I can push it to 85 with new propellers. I’m 400-500 rpm short @WOT.

I was thinking of starting a thread about the conversion last year, but I’ve been to busy with other stuff.

I’ts been a while… I haven’t got the time to be here on OSO as much as I wanted, but things are great, and my “new” Scarab runs perfect.

What about your new motors?

I see it has a notched transom, what year hull is it???
