Default 19' Wellcraft Scarab Sprint

Well I have a scarab...

Can I come hang out at the scarab forum or is my boat too small?

I picked this thing up and I am dropping a new 4.3L V6 Mercury 220hp with an Alpha drive.

Anybody ever had one?

A friend of mine has two of them. One is a V6/alpha the other is a V6/jet. I`ve ridin in the I/O many times, it runs about 55. Its a kick in the ass to play in waves and wakes!

They are a fun boat with power, While I was working at Team
Scarab a guy a few blocks from my house wanted to put a
Small Block in one and after some cut and fit I got one in it.
Talk about a big difference.

I have to upgrade my membership before I can post pics, but it is a 1996 Wellcraft Scarab Spring I/O model.

It is the teal green with purple and yellow striping.

I really dig it. I remember in 1996 when they were new and I really wanted one.

Engine going in next month.

No you dont, I can post and it has nothing to do with the forum membership. I use a outside picture host and it gives me a link so I can post pictures on forums that try to suck money out of you.

Go to Imageshack and check it out. Here is a picture of mine.
