Did you run your prop slip on the Bam web site.

I tried a 5 blade maximus on my 28 scarab. It runs OK but the boat handels better with the 4 blade. 5 blades can tend to man handel a single engine V. But every boat is differnt. I got no change in speed between a 28 Max V's a 30 B1. Rpm was 300 higher with the B1

I would also talk with Bret at B Blades. I was trained by the best in the industry at Mercury Racing.
