Nice 1991 Nova ST for sale ,cannot keep 2 boats, wish I could,this one is fast with the right set up!

Hey im about to reput my fresh sbc 350 with 400hp each in my 26 nova spyder 1989 and wondering what upgrade i can do for it ?? I have the alpha one gen 1 with 23p mirage and i put 1inch spacer on the engine 🍻

Thanks for bringing this thread uo.

Have a 26ST in the family . stock engine 5.7 alphas. Great boat for our lake.

My question is , is the 23” merc cleaver still the best prop for this ? After all these years, is that even possible ?

Any significant increase in power and you will need to upgrade the drives.
The Spyder is an awesome boat for its size in the rough stuff

The previous owner put 1inch spacer for lift the engine ,and now i cant wait for this summer to try it WOP throttle with the new carb holley quick fuel 750...how much mph you think i will go with my twin sbc 400hp each with a 23 mirage ?

Depends on how much rpm the engines can spin, but I would guess a little better than 70 with a light load and small chop to free up the hull

If it has 1.47 ratio, which is most likely. If conditions are perfect my guess is 72-73.
I have no idea what you mean by 1" spacer.
