the volvo set-ups have the "Volvo" built by Innovation Marine 600s which are 560 hp at the props running thru DPX duo-prop drives. My boat with that set-up runs a solid 90 everyday with a best of 93.4 w/ volvo E-4 props. The Vovlo DPX set-up boats also handle significantly better than the Bravo driven boats. I know, I have owned both set-ups with a couple hundred hours on the bravo boat before purchasing the volvo driven boat.

boat has 502 carb motors 8hrs boat has boxes needs lowers
needs headers we are running 78ish now with stck exuast tying to figure out hp combo thinking heads cam nice procharger headers mabye solid 100mph my buddy had shorton lowers 850s went 115 gps.Same boat appreciate any info.Trying to figure out engine combo. |
What happened to the short lowers?

He sold them along with prochargers headers year ago put
the boat to stock so when he sold be reliable get some of the money invested in that stuff back. |

hey, my father and I put a pair of 516 CID BBC's in our old one with whipples and imco SC drives and extenstion boxes and we ran 118MPH but that is really close to as fast as your going to want to go in the boat ....she starts to get alittle hairy!!

They look like lightning headers,I am thinking of ordering lightning headers dry pipe system,CP performance,Hardenmarine,$2300 a side brandnew sound awsome,come black with stainless tail pipes.
