Having a hard time finding the group on Facebook maybe just in the iPhone Facebook app is the problem.

Somebody from the west coast should buy it so I'll have somebody to hang out with. There is only one P-29 out here that I have seen.

So what is the story behind #5

OshkoshThunder 07-10-2011 03:56 PM

Sold #5 3 years ago

Andy at Shipyard Marine in Green Bay sold our number 5 three years ago. We really miss the boat. Don't think anybody to this day ever built a production 29' v-hull with stock small blocks that runs mid to high 70's. I put aluminum exhaust manifolds from Revolution Marine on and gained a couple MPH. Just taking the dead weight off of the transom put the GPS at 78 MPH. It was definitely a fun boat that ate 4 footers for lunch at WOT. Glad to hear about the Facebook club. I'll check that out...

Anybody know how many hours should be on #5? Does 80 sound right? Thanks for any information.
Steve
