My old P-29, boat #5 is listed on Ebay and on this posting. I was looking at it and saw some things I remembered about it, like the speedo pick up removed and the mounting holes glassed over, and other stuff that I did. I verified the picture of the port engine serial number with my previous records of the boat and its a match. The Myco trailer is also the same. So....number 5 is alive and well at Smitty's Marine in Indiana and out on Ebay again. Reserve was not met last time it was listed. Really miss that boat...

#5 is not the boat that sank. The boat that sank was from Georgia and it sank while the owner was in jail for fraud at his dock. A local dealer (crook) then cut it loose from the dock and claimed salvage on the boat but never got true paper work because there is still a bank looking for it. If memory serves me correctly the boat went to Texas.

Hello Mark, I am new to this forum after talking with some potential clients about the P-29 we currently have. I read the threads, what else can you tell us about this boat? We would like all information as well. We just obtained it less than a month ago, and appears to be all here. We ran the boat, and were impressed with its handling and performance! How do we know if this is #5 or what number it is?
