Every KAAMA boat I have run gets on plane with no problem I didn't even have to put the tabs down on my 311 SR1 just walked on plane.

I am going to start with tabs down, drives down and 3500rpm, see what that does then work from there!

How did your carb spacer come out?

Very nice. Needed to blend it a little by hand. Whoever did the CAD for it was not a air flow guy. The transition was not to smooth. I printed it with 100% infill so I could blend it. Are you using ABS for your printed mounting pieces?

Nice! Is it holding up okay to the fuel?

Yes all ABS. Since I built my heated build chamber and found a sweet spot regarding cooling fan settings my parts have very little wrap and significant strength! Very happy with the capability of the material and the machine!

Well that I am not sure about yet! I had my niece and nephew with me this weekend so really haven't had a chance to play around with it much, plus this thing drives totally different! It feels a lot less planted and is going to take some getting used to! Maybe next weekend when it's just me and the wife I will be able to stretch her legs!

I did get a short video of the rooster tail. Sorry for the poor quality, the wife was shooting and it was really rough that day!

What s better than before up to now riding it? What is worse?

I can imagine the surface drives changing the characteristics of everything. I've wondered the same thing Jeff. The 38 I'm building is gonna have arnesons and I'm wondering how that jokers gonna handle.

The big question is how did it get on plane?
