Pretty nice pictures. The Black 1982 with the reddish stripe along the top is the twin to my 1981 in the original colors and stripes except my stripe is gold. My boat was repainted in 1991 the same black but with a nice goldflake stripe down the middle on the sides. Note: mine says KAAMA special edition in the middle of the original stripe. Does anyone know if that was an extra option or if that is what all the 38 flat decks were? I never was sure. Are they supposed to be worth anything? I've been thinking of selling (would be pretty hard to let go, we've had the boat since 1989.)

The black 1988 OBSESSION has always been my favorite 38KV of all time. I have been looking for those pics again for years. Great find I appreciate it!!

If you guys get the chance, watch CSI MIAMI "PRO-PER" they have some footage of a black 38KV--most of the show centers around the boat. Still trying to fiqure out who owns it down in the Miami area, it is all BLACK with some stripes.

I like the ALL BLACK look!

Don't be sorry!

That boat was for sale and several had the chance to buy it, but didn't....I'll bet soon someone will be *****ing that they can't find any MV KV's for sale!

BE HAPPY!

Cheers!
