1996 Scarab P29 Re-Powered since last post with new Brad Smith 427's 500 Horse, 600 Ft Lbs of Torgue, New Gauges, Black Hawks with 1:50 and 31's, Completely de-rigged and all new wiring. Oh, New race hatch.

I want to say 150-175lbs given two guys can pick up fairly easy. We've made so many modification to the boat that I really need to get a new weight on it to see where it compares now to stock 5500lbs dry.

Here is where i'm at now in the bilge, going to paint the transom tonight so to be able to attach the assemblies soon. Those are new trays along the side, I hated how they were left open from factory.
