Default Interior or engine mods?

I'm going to do some upgrades on my 1980 Scarab II and was looking for input.
My interior is weathered, dated, and kinda dingy. My engines are stock. Boat runs right about 60mph. Should I do cams intake and carbs (already have exhaust) or should a redo the interior.
Here's a quick shot of the interior.

INTERIOR First! don't do the engine mods till necessary. Enjoy it the way it is, I apreciate my interior more than my engine mods, (still tuning after a year) and I missed a year while I was rebuilding.
