For that price for a single, I'd be looking for a spotless engine, drive, and instruments and very good condition gelcoat.
If it's truely spotless and turnkey, the money isn't the major factor though. I learned that the hard way... bought an ST for $8k because it was such a great "deal" but with one thing after another, I now have another $7k into her. I let the current market twist my perception and get so excited over the "deal" that I didn't step back and consider condition enough, and it turns out I would have been much happier buying one at the "high" price end than gambling on one that was "ok" and then finding out I wouldn't really be happy until everything is redone. Don't get excited by a low price boat and trick yourself into saying "I can live with that" if you'll really end up replacing all those little imperfections over time anyway. When it's all said and done to bring mine to perfect with 0 hour engines and drives will bring the cost up to 31k. |

Current own currently has a 21pitch prop on it but said the previous owner had a different prop and claimed 58 by GPS. I'm not that concerned with speed.
