nice speeds!
ours only got low 60's...
i thought mid 70's was it...must be the bottom work.
i think you're at the end....for safety's sake.
there are a couple scs's for sale, but i think they're only good to the mid 80's...
how about an old school 26 race...?

22 scarab,
I would be careful with anything over 80. A buddy of mine had one with a sold roller 540 in his and he ran in the 90's, but the chine walk on the boat was scary. He had to mess with props and drive heights and tabs to keep it close to be reasonable safe.

I have my 86 scarab 1 21' at 84mph I would think high 80s low 90s would be with in reach with a shorty and an extension box? I have little to no chine walk, just need to watch out for boat chop. I'm running 540hp with a three blade 28p
